Pre-Owned Practice Makes Perfect (Teacher Created Materials): Cursive Writing (Paperback)

The kids have done well with this book. Like most cursive tutorials these days, the style is abbreviated from what I learned in my youth (as I am now 64 years old) but I show them the way we "used to do it" and, as we all know, people create their own unique style of cursive after they learn what is taught to them. In this book, there is plenty of space for tracing, then lines for independent practice. I also have the kids write their spelling words in cursive, and once they are more adept, they will be writing little stories in cursive making use of the spelling words. Lacking the ability to read and write in cursive is a rapidly advancing form of illiteracy. Don't let it happen to your children! Additionally, it is a great value.
