Great rack, but black coating came off too easily.
Functionally, this is a great product. The rack held a 25-lb. turkey, and kept it up off the bottom of the pan, which kept it from sticking, and took a half hour off the cooking time, as there was better heat circulation around the bird. The handles allowed me to easily lift the cooked bird out of the pan and onto a cutting board, and the central "pin" made it easy to remove the rack from the bird. I docked it one star, because the black coating on the rack mostly came off after a single use, when I washed it (by hand). This should not have happened. This rack is available in both black and stainless steel -- I advise ordering the stainless steel version. Otherwise, worked as advertised.
