Great for Traditional Oven Roasting

I still prefer cooking in the oven instead of using a crock pot so this roaster is exactly what I needed. It feels lighter than the old-school roasting pans I grew up with but it still has a nice weight to it. I was happy to see that it comes with a roasting tray. It keeps the meat out of the juices, which my kids prefer.

Sturdy and nice color

The red color is just beautiful. The pan is kind of heavy not light weight. It comes with a rack and rubber pot holders. I haven't used it yet but I can't wait to try it out. My only problem with this is that it came with a enamel scratch which is shown in one of the pictures below.
