Perfect small roasting pan

I have a friend from Europe who uses this style of pan to make the best roasted chicken with potatoes. I have wanted a pan like this for years. This is just right for making a lunch or smaller sized meal. I can fit a half chicken with vegetables and bake it. It comes out so beautifully. The naturally non-stick surface is easy to clean. I like the included lid for keeping food warm and for storing leftovers in the fridge. I like that I can use metal utensils with it. This is a great , space saving roasting pan.

This roasting pan is adorable and compact. It's the ideal size for a small roast, chicken, potatoes, and carrots, perfect for 1 or 2 people. I really like the speckled design on the red finish.
