Crescent 10 Inch Multi-Purpose Wire Cutter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for Electricians! These have very strong cutting power because of the longer handles. The leverage lets you cut with ease. I really like how the handles are ergonomic and longer than regular side cutters. Comfort for extended use if you're doing fencing or making lots of connections for residential or low voltage wiring. I often need the leverage when trimming wire and making connections on the appliances and equipment I service. Glad to have these In my bag because small size and high strength cutting power similar to that of bolt-cutters. I used these for appliance repair, and recycling wire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw the size of this I wasn't sure it would be up to the task of cutting some of the items I planned to use it for, however it performed very well. I used it to cut some heavy braided steel cable with no issue. The cutters I had used previously for this quickly damaged the blade, but these have held up. These are a great small bolt or wire cutters that can handle some of the smaller stuff and eliminate the need to carry around a giant bolt cutters most of the time. Than handles are nice and ergonomic and the styling looks good. The only complaint I have is with the little lock that you engage to store the tool in its closed position. Sometimes it can accidentally become locked during use. This is pretty rare and only a slight annoyance that I have found is pretty common with tools of this type. I would recommend this tool if you need something more capable than wire cutters but more compact than a large set of bolt cutters.
