Great entry level OLED

This is my first oled monitor and I'm absolutely blown away. I purchased the G50SF with my education discount, and for the price, I don't know how it could get much better. G-sync works well, text is clear, HDR is beautiful, the blacks are inky black, and the matte finish looks great. I'm very happy.

Samsung Odyssey OLED G5 the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Odyssey G5 OLED has been an outstanding upgrade. I mainly use it for Battlefield 6, and it looks absolutely amazing. The OLED panel delivers deep blacks, incredible contrast, and very vibrant colors, making every map, explosion, and night scene feel extremely immersive and realistic. The high refresh rate and fast response time make gameplay feel incredibly smooth, even during intense action, with no noticeable ghosting or input lag. Everything feels responsive and sharp, which is perfect for competitive gaming as well as long sessions. Overall, the image quality and performance exceeded my expectations. This monitor is a fantastic choice for gaming and definitely worth it.

A Solid and Budget-Friendly OLED!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 27" Odyssey G5 OLED G5 is a unique entry into the already competitive market for monitors by making a 27-inch 1440p OLED screen with a competitive price and features to non OLED entries. The monitor has solid specs like a 180 hz refresh rate, HDR, and a beautiful OLED screen that shines in its form factor. Additional integrated features like support for G-Sync, AMD FreeSync and a plethora of safeguards for the OLED panel makes it feature rich without breaking the bank. makes it even better mes where every frame matters. This was my first time experiencing an OLED panel and it truly is a game-changing experience. This monitor has perfect, inky blacks that contrast perfectly with its color accuracy and vibrancy. The HDR experience has been very smooth so far by integrating perfectly with features like RTX HDR and enhancing further what was a great picture. There is room for improvement as the monitor does not have an adjustable stand and only supports vertical angling at the base. A future revision could perhaps add certain quality of life features while still maintaining the great value of everything else it brings to the table. I would highly recommend this monitor for anyone wanting to dip their toes into the OLED world at an affordable price point.
