Color Collection by Conte Coloring Pencils, 24 ct

Bic Color Collection by Conte Colored Pencils has a decent range of colors. There are only 24 colors. Wish there was a biggger pack. Also wish the colors were written on the side of each pencil. It is hard to tell what colors are with the black casing around the lead when it is a darker color; a bunch of the colors look the same. You have to test it on a separate piece of paper to tell what color it is. Colors are not quite as bright as the box depicts also. Price for 24 pencils is somewhat high. I think I'll stick to my Crayola pencils that are cheaper and have more color varieties (number of pencils in one box ) as well as being of similar quality as these Bic pencils. Bic has several types available of colors schemes, but you have to buy separately. The Bic pencils have also arrived on the market a little late for the coloring book frenzy. I have bought most of the coloring books I wanted and many are on clearance in many places around town. Specialty stores like Michaels and Hobby Lobby don't have many coloring books on shelves any longer and the pencils are sitting unsold by many various brands.
