this is the third Coleman lantern I have purchased. I have owned this model for several years and find it extremely bright and easy to operate. The power goes out A LOT in my area and the three are almost as good as overhead power.Too bad it doesn't make coffee also!!!!! If it goes on sale again I will purchase an other one .

I bought this rechargeable lantern couple of years ago and was able to plug in and recharge. I just bought this and had to purchase a separate rechargeable battery. It does not come with this product. Turns out its a 60 dollar lantern if you want to recharge it.
