Cooking Instructions - General - Preparation Instructions. For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165ºF. Read and follow these cooking directions. Deep Fry - From Frozen - Caution: Ice crystals may cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. 1. Preheat cooking oil in deep fryer to 375ºF. Deep fryer should be no more than half full of oil. 2. Fill fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. Use caution lowering basket into hot oil. 3. Fry 4½ minutes or to desired color and crispness. 4. Drain on paper towels. Oven cook - From Frozen - Conventional Oven Directions:. 1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. 2. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on an 11" x 17" baking sheet. 3. Bake according to chart to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Amount: Half Baking Sheet (about 3 servings); Time: 18 to 20 minutes. Amount: Full Baking Sheet (about 5 servings); Time: 20 to 25 minutes

These fries are so delicious, preseasoned so no additional seasoning required. A good source of nutrition. I just put the desired amount in the Air fryer and hit the option for french fries and 14min later thier ready. You get alot of bang for your bucks with these. The price is very reasonable and they taste just like the Chekers restaurant fries, minus the grease.
