Inspect before purchasing

Both of my kids got one for Christmas, and neither had a rip cord. Unfortunately, we didn't know this part was missing until we had opened them. This part should be packaged INSIDE the toy container instead of on the outside where they can fall off and go missing. Unfortunately, we are unable to assess whether this toy is fun or not.

Boys loved them!

Bought for 4 year old boys and they loved them. Couldn't stop playing with them days later. They now want to collect all of them.
