Deckard better than ever

How could you possible improve on the original director's cut? Ridley Scott did just that with this version, amping the FX, restoring footage that some of us remember seeing soo long ago in the original screenings, and tweeking the soundtrack to it's maximum potential. If you've never seen this movie before, this is THE version to have (preferably on Blu Ray, if you have a choice). The special features are amazing and definately worth the extra time spent watching. Overall, a great re-release of one of the greatest sf movies ever made.

Best Cut Ever

This is the cut I love the best. It has the "missing" footage I remember from one of the earlier cuts with extra footage of the gory closeup of Roy putting the spike through his hand, and extra footage of the death of Pris. Plus many other "extras" I'd never seen. It does not feature the voice over done by Harrison Ford, after seeing the film in its many versions so many times over the years I don't need the added narrative. I don't ususally enjoy those "making of" and "deleted scenes" discs, but this one is worth spending the 4 hours watching.

Blade Runner Final Cut Above the Rest

This DVD was the absolute best. The clarity and sound were remarkable. This edition really showed off this cult classic. I would recommend this version to everyone.
