Basil was fresh!

I saw several other negative reviews about the delivery of basil and decided to take the risk of ordering them despite the negative reviews. When the basil showed up, I was pleasantly surprised as it wasn't wilted, brown or shredded. The basil was fresh, smelled amazing and ready for use after washing. I ordered from Cromwell CT Walmart which usually has a decent selection of fresh items.

A little goes a long way. I tried the potted basil, thinking it would be packed with flavor and last longer - IT DID NOT. This basil had leaves that were fresh (still on stems) and the taste was unimaginable! You would think it was from your garden. I bought it on sale, so it was well worth it.
