BOSU PRO Balance Trainer

My physical therapist introduced me to the BOSU balance trainer, to help me improve both my strength and balance. After completing my PT sessions, I decided to purchase one for home use. I chose the BOSU PRO. It arrived well packed and on time. The only issue I had was that the online description of what was included with the BOSU ball, did not match what I received. I contacted BOSU directly (help@bosu.com) . Their response was outstanding. It was exceptionally prompt, courteous and thorough in addressing all my concerns. I am happily BOSU-ing my way to better strength and balance.
