Your products are guaranteed against any defective parts and construction for 2 years from the date of purchase. Your guarantee is only valid if you present your original receipt when returning the item. Please note this guarantee does not cover lenses, bands, straps or bracelets, water penetration or batteries. Additionally, breakages caused by accident or maltreatment are not covered. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes batteries, case, strap, crystal, or bracelet. In the event of a defect or malfunction of the movement within this period it will be repaired or replaced, at our option, provided that it is returned prepaid with a check or money order for $9.95 to cover the cost of handling and return postage. This charge does not apply to California residents. (This is not a repair charge.) DO NOT SEND CASH. No additional charge will be made unless additional servicing is necessary for reasons beyond our control such as accident, misuse, neglect or replacement of parts not warranted is required such as case, crystal, strap, bracelet or batteries in which event a moderate charge will be made. The movement of any timepiece requires periodic cleaning/timing which is not a defect and, as such not warranted. In the event of a problem with warranty service or performance, you may be able to go to Small Claims Court, a State Court or a Federal District Court.

OVER ALL VERY NICE WATCH I LOVE IT! I can see screen even in the outdoor sun glare. Nice Large Screen size. You can load your own photo onto screen %26 change anytime. The sound with the phone calls come through clear on both ends. I purchased some bling for the watch band to make it more girly (See Photo). Nice and sturdy doesn't come off too easily, lots of holes on the band to make it a nice fit for any size wrist. So much more nice features. It's so easy to set up %26 use. Fun watch! -No Blood Pressure feature. -Not able to reply to text msgs %26 It doesn't have video chat feature. - Watch band doesn't come in other feminine colors or patterns like Pink, Leopard Print etc.

This watch is so chic and easy to use! Similar screen to any other high tech wearable fitness device, but at a much more affordable price. Holds a charge well. It was difficult to connect the full functionality to my phone, but worked well once set up! Great low cost alternative.
