Simple, accurate, and easy to read. The adhesive sticks well to plastic and glass, and the temperature changes are clear at a glance. Perfect for monitoring fermentation without opening the vessel or using a probe. Cheap, effective, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. I'd buy these again.
