US Trade Ent is the seller, so maybe you'll have better luck if your order is filled by someone else.

Beware: if you are trying to purchase sweatpants with pockets, avoid this item (or seller). In spite of the description, which clearly states "built in side pockets," there are no pockets. Various colors were ordered, and all will be returned.
