I was averaging 5 migraines a week due to barometric pressure changes and other causes. My neurologist recommended this proct. I use it every evening b4 bed as a preventive. I have only had 1 migraine a week since starting. Highly recommend this device. It feels similar to a TENS unit with the ability to adjust the frequency. I've been using it for 3 weeks and with the same pad...I do use alcohol pads to clean my forehead b4 each use.
