Easy to put together. I bought one of the tables from the same company and it slides up under their perfectly it's the right size for me now I'm 5'1 and 105 lb. That being said it might not be the best thing for an average size person or especially an average size man. But I love it it's perfect for me. And the table I bought in the same brand is adjustable so I can use it as a movable desk with my movable chair.
