Leaks like crazy!
This thing is a major disappointment but not because of anything you would expect. It does a good job treating the water so that part was correct. But it is really difficult to keep it from leaking everywhere. Plumbing leaks are simply not acceptable. The top plastic head of this device is unbelievably flimsy. I'm in shock that the piece is so bad. They have shipped it to me 3 times now, to try to address all the leaks. It leaks from every direction, not just the obvious fittings. I came to look at it this morning and it was peeing out of a flat plastic area of the top where no seam or anything existed! I've wasted a dozen hours messing with this and they only ship the new part SLOW, which is just as bad as the last part.
