This case is in two pieces. The back is frosty plastic. Only the front is the color pictured. The front has a flap that attaches to the back. Has 30 day return window. At 39 days, the entire back came off. The flap holding the pieces together literally came off. It's not even sticky. Perhaps they used the wrong adhesive that dried up and no longer worked. Now it's unusable. Just outside the return window. In addition, there is a sharp edge on the back piece where it fits onto the front. Scratched me many times. As for holding a pen, it doesn't. Well it does, but it's nearly impossible to get it out again. Pictured with an electronic stylus, so misleading. I have an older case from the same company. It's still going strong. I purchased a second, larger iPad and use both regularly. So I had no concerns with ordering an identical (or so I assumed) case in the larger size. So now I'm out $10. Because the failure happened in one day, immediately past the return window. I know this happens on bug ticket items, and it's so annoying. But on a cheap item like this? Come on guys, it's not worth the bad will.
