Great Value Zucchini Blend, 10 oz (Frozen)

These are always an "okay" vegetable mix in. They break up in a lot of dishes but some dishes that's a good thing and it's a low calorie addition. If they're on their own, the texture is way better if cooking style is right. They cook fast so texture can be soft if overcooked and it's way easy to miss. So prep and dish matters but that said we always buy them and use them a lot.

We love fried zucchini and squash but with just two of us, fresh veggies often go bad before we can use them. This solved the problem. It keeps very well in the freezer and there's neverany waste. Just take out as much or as little as I want. A great product.
