Great job

This is the second frame i have ordered from you guys in 10 days: i won't go anywhere else for frames! Thank you! Customer service was great but in both cases it was for oil painting which i do not believe needs glass or plexi glass. Maybe more guidance on what people are trying to frame. You guys are great

points missing

I'm disappointed there wasn't enough points on the back to secure backer, artwork and glass. I had to purchase additional points at a framing store to frame my drawing. Matthew
