Make sure new phone is UNLOCKED !

Got this in an it was so easy to switch from iPhone7 to this iPhone 12. Took out sims card from 7 placed it in 12, followed directions on screen and Boom i was up and running. Reminder if you are switching 1. You must back up iCloud first on old phone. 2. Sim's card must be inserted upside-down into new phone. 3. Must sign into to iCloud on new phone an allow time to update and transfer all data from old to new. This took about 30 minutes, and I was up ready to use my iPhone 12, Love it!

Very nice for my first iPhone!

I was originally worried since it is a refurbished phone but its pretty nice so far. No scratches like other customers have said it had and good sound quality, id suggest them, though, I have seen some reviews that seem honest, and I can say there are probably bad batches but I'm happy I didn't get that! Wouldn't highly suggest, but its a good option for a relatively cheap phone.

this phone is super good

i loved this phone i got the good version instead of excellent and the phone works great. the phone brought a charger and also the box so thats great. The phone had very minor scratches which is actually pretty good for a used phone the camera quality is great and it is definitely a upgrade from the phoned i had before. This phone is absolutely amazing and i got the phone unlocked and i could put it with my carrier i'm so happy with this purchase and i really recommend to get this if your looking for a good working phone for cheap. I was skeptical at first but i'm so glad i took the risk.
