For the people who want butter that spreads easily, GET THIS ONE. It makes such a huge difference compared to the one without olive oil. Try it out. Believe me. And it's just as delicious as the regular Kerrygold and a little bit cheaper, iirc.

This is spreadable without issues. Olive oil is a plus. I prefer this to domestic grass fed. Less issues with harmful residues, chemicals. This tasted great! Much better than using unhealthy margarine and oil-based products. I whole heartedly recommend this.
