I find it funny when trying to do a review at 1 star, the site gives you such a problem. I have no issues leaving 5 star reviews though lol anyway, I did not get the correct product. I ordered black and got purple from another brand. I am definitely returning and will stay away from this seller. DO NOT BUY GARBAGE QUIT WORKING
I bought 3 of these hoverboards for my granddaughters Christmas, mind you we didn't open the gifts until January 3rd is when they all received their gifts from me, when we did Christmas at my house. It is now Feb. 10th and I get a message that it won't work, it won't take a charge and nothing works on it. Granted she loved the gift, and used it daily but for a month only, that's pretty pathetic. I do not recommend this product to anyone, now I don't know about the other 2 if they are still working different household. But I can tell you this one that stopped working is an only grandkid in that household. The other two went to a household of 4 so I could see if those didn't work, but I am very disappointed and feel it would be wrong to let someone buy these and they turn out to be garbage and disappoint a child!!!!
