Due to congenital deformities, my husband's feet, ankles, and lower legs swell considerably and ache. Wearing these Duomed Advantage thigh high stockings has greatly decreased the swelling and improved his comfort during the day. Even this "lightest" compression is enough. I wash them with regular laundry in warm water and hang to dry. Rotating through about 6 pairs, they last a long time.

First time using thigh highs - or this brand. Quite comfortable, soft - got size Large for first time. My leg measurements run between-sizes- and just can't grapple w. Mediums anymore! (Bad back, and lower legs/shins too tender for the struggle. . ) Finally I don't break out in a sweat putting them on! They're perfect for feet, ankles, lower legs, but thigh- top elastic, wide and comfortable as it is, sometimes folds down over the lower fabric, then slips down towards my knees. This may be due to a lot of sit/stand activity and moving about - But they keep my ankles/calves from puffing, toes don't feel too constricted. And after all, no pinching at the top…easier to remove. ( Hubby still helps -sometimes…).
