Multiple compartments to hold various items of almost any size or weight is very useful. Optional backpack or crossbody style is it's greatest feature. Manufactured to last. Surprising nice for the price!!

I bought this for a weekend trip as a small alternative to my normal, larger purse. To my surprise, it held everything I needed and felt much lighter to carry that my normal purse. Except when wearing a bulky winter coat, it stayed on my shoulder easily when in the single strap mode. The straps are NOT nearly long enough for me to wear it comfortably as a crossbody bag. I think it could be a good back for a short hike to carry my phone, a small or disposable bottle of water, and a snack.
