Neat Concept, But Has Design Flaws

This Ninja Blast version has several design flaws that need to be improved before it can be a 5-star product, but it's such a neat concept, I went ahead and bumped my rating up to 3-stars. The biggest issue is that the sip spout lids don't have a lock. They snap shut, but are opened with the simple press of a button. I've had multiple water bottles with this style of lid open on their own in transit and I would not want that happening with a smoothie or protein shake. I talk through the design flaws in more detail in my full product review, which includes videos of assembly and usage, on my YouTube channel @SamsClubReviewGal (enthusiastic customer, not affiliated with Sam's Club).

Not a fan

This is one of the worst things I've purchased at Sam's. It barely holds a charge, does not blend well even when it's been charging for an hour, it's bulky to take with the base attached, but awkward to switch to the smaller base after blending. I would not recommend.

Missing a part.

This ninja blends great but they give you 2 vesels with 2 lids but only 1 bottom lid...so if my wife and I both want a smoothy in the morning one of us will have to drink from the bottom of the glass or leave it attached to the blender base... because they give you 2 glasses, 2 lids with 1 bottom... I wonder what moron college grad came up with this idea... Oh... you can not order a bottom cap either... parts not available... of course they are, you're already putting them in the package... not available to the people spending money on your product. I'll be returning this tomorrow and purchasing a different brand... one that has two veseles that can be used together... not just one at a time. That kinda defeats the purpose.

Hi Gerald,Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Ninja Blast Portable Blender. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with its blending performance, but we understand your frustration regarding the number of vessel bases included in the package. The Ninja Blast is designed for single-use blending, which is why it includes one blending base. However, we appreciate your feedback and understand how having an additional bottom cap would make the experience more convenient. While replacement parts are not currently available for individual purchase, we’ll share your comments with our product team for future consideration. If you’d like assistance finding a Ninja product that better suits your needs, our team would be happy to help at 1-800-365-0135. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.Kind regards,Ninja Kitchen
