The roller has already melted and no longer usable. The end piece gasket melted and will no longer spin. We cleaned wheel after every cleaning and never had a warning notice until the meltdown. For the product cost it did not meet expectations

Communication with the seller was good. I received emails and text messages with status updates and a legitimate tracking number. My package arrived undamaged and when promised. I received exactly what I ordered and the product was exactly as described.

Good price and sounds good. The only thing is anytime you turn the volume up on the tv the soundbar automatically connects when you don’t want it to.
