The ordering and delivery were as expected. All of the pieces lined up for easy assembly. It is solid and sturdy for comfortable to sit in. It is a great value for the price. I would highly recommend. The only suggestion I would have is that some people may prefer that the screws be black to be less conspicuous. Personally, I like the contrast.

Took my husband 30-45 minutes to assemble the first chair and much quicker to complete the second one.
