Too small and not foldable.

The hat size is small--too tight for an average woman's head. The adjustable strap is only to make it even smaller. The manufacturer claims the hat is foldable. Yes, it folds, but it creases, all the way across. And the crease doesn't come out when you open up the hat. So it looks dorky wearing it. I'm returning this hat. I like Walmart, but they need a better quality sunhat supplier.
