We have very hard water and the iron taste became to bad do use to keep drinking as is. I installed this filter in about 20-30 minutes and it works great. I read many reviews and serched several items before settling on this undersink filter. I have had this filter for a month now. It was easy to install. Came with everything I needed. There is a low flow issue with only the cold water. This was in other reviews so i was aware. I dont see what the fuss is about tho. I can just add hot water side and it give me my full flow back. It does take longer to fill for a glass of water but not huge inconvenience. Im very pleased with this purchase. The taste is refreshing. I can tell a defference when drinking a hot cup of coffee. Will recommend it to others.
