Poor quality

This bed looks great but it’s very low quality. It shakes constantly mating it difficult for the person on the lower bunk. I purchased this for a remodel of my daughter’s room and with other more than a year the support beam on the top bunk broke due to a manufacturing flaw (giant knot in the wood). I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t do anything. Do not waste your money. It sends like a good deal but after shipping and other costs you’re better off buying anything else. It’s dangerous to have your children sleep on this.
