I originally bought this chair back in October 2022, and it lasted me until January 2026. Definitely got my moneys worth and it was a super comfortable chair. I tried a different chair in between, and it didn't work out. I ordered this chair recently again, and must have received someone else's return. The outside box was tattered, and all the items inside including the leather on the chair pieces had rips. All the hardware inside had been ripped open from their individual boxes. I promptly returned it, repurchased, and received a brand new chair. I work very long hours at my desk, as well as have lumbar issues. This chair is phenomenal, provides the structure I need in order to maintain better posture. The chair arms are sturdy, and perfectly align with my body in the chair. I love that this chair tilts back when needed, which helps with hip relief when stretching is needed. I look forward to another few years with this chair before buying another one when needed. Please do not stop making this chair. The only reason I needed an updated one was because the leather finally started tearing on the arms, and the seat had gotten a little flat. That is regular wear and tear, and expected. I love this chair!!
