Fantastic Speakers!

Coming from someone who has mostly listened to music using higher-end IEMs like the Sony IER-M9 and Sennheiser IE600 these Ultra Evolution Towers are mindblowingly good._x000D_ _x000D_ We're using these in a 2.0 setup in an approx. 500 sqft. living room space paired with a Yamaha A-S501and feel there is plenty of bass without a dedicated sub. The speakers are very detailed, and the imaging/separation are superb. Just an overall pleasure to listen to._x000D_ _x000D_ The Towers are also more than capable for TV/Movies, the audio is very immersive even without a full surround setup. Dialogue comes through clearly without a dedicated center channel._x000D_ _x000D_ I have no complaints. Highly recommend!

Towers are really excellent for two channel music listening.

I love that SVS gives a 45 day in home trial, because my listening space is somewhat odd (partially open floor plan), so I never know how speakers will work out. _x000D_ _x000D_ In the case of the towers, the experience was all positive. I was comparing them against my old PSB t2 speakers, which are pretty nice speakers on their own. The SVS had better imaging, greater dynamics (bass), and matched the PSB in mids. Nicely done.

Evolution Towers

I just received these yesterday 9/27/2024. _x000D_ My set up is 5.2.4 all SVS, ( Evolution Towers, Dual PBS 1000 Pros, Ultra Bookshelfs for side/rears, 4 Elevation Prime for Atmos, Ultra Center channel) Amp is Pioneer LX 701, Apple 4k TV box. OPPO 203 Bluray Player._x000D_ I set these up with help from my next door neighbor. I am 73 and didn't want to kill myself doing so._x000D_ I put @ 5' tow in on speakers and used the Pioneer MCACC and SPL meter for set up and calibration._x000D_ I started with straight stereo, subwoofers turned off. First cut was Eagle's " Hell Freezes over California Hotel". Very impressed with sound and smoothness . Like listening to butter. Next I did a tweeter test , all were firing correctly. Love the new diamond tweeter. Turned on the subs and played "Salisbury" from Uriah Heap. The playback was incredible. It was crystal clear and heard things I didn't know were there. I then moved on to some Dolby Atmos tracks namely Lourdes " Royals" which has a killer baseline._x000D_ I was impressed with everything I heard. Turned off subs and played a Melody Gardots cut call "Mingus". It has a 7 minute upright bass solo The ET's played it very well._x000D_ I bought the Evolution Towers because their size was comparable to my Prime Pinnacles and wanted to keep family /theater room suitable for wife factor. Their sound out of the box was really surprisingly good without calibration._x000D_ The smooth presentation of all the sound reaching you at once was incredible, my wife even heard the difference in speakers.And I am glad they saw the light on magnetic screens._x000D_ I would give them 2 thumbs up.
