Holes for feet not drilled properly could not get the legs on. It came in a box that was very very thin cardboard no other packing was left on my back porch where there is no overhang in the pouring rain when my front porch had a roof but they didn't leave it there. Took forever to get through to customer service I have no box to return it in they said that FedEx would come to my door to get it and then they emailed me a ticket for a return by United States Post office. United States Post office will not take something that is not in a box I am home bound I can't get it to the post office or get out and get a box. Took forever to get through to a supervisor and then conveniently we got disconnected so I still own the chair can't get it out of my house can't get a hold of anybody to fix this. Also it arrived with three tears in the base where the seat cushion goes.
