Great little scooter card for working on low items

This is a very sturdy little scooter cart that I bought for working in my garden. I chose this one because it does not have a handle or steer because I didn't feel it was necessary and I didn't want the front wheels turning while I was working and perhaps set the balance off on the seat. It's easy to move with just a robe on the front and pull it around even around corners. I felt the steering mechanism and handle would just get in the way and this cart was cheaper without it
