Still waiting....

I'm really tired of these items saying they can be delivered quickly overnight within 2 days etc and then all of a sudden they get delayed. Why lie if you know you can't get an item to a customer in the allotted time? I would have ordered from someone else had I known shipping an envelope was going to be a problem. Still waiting with the zero updates as to what the issue is.
