This is a great running and terrific looking quiet fan. The only complaint that I have is the included instructions were terrible. If I were someone who never installed a ceiling fan, it would have taken me a long time to install this fan. But I have installed many ceiling fans before this one so for me it was simple.

Great van for the dollar. We wanted to replace the fans in 3 of our bedrooms as they were put there originally by the contractor and not all working correctly. Lights dimming, etc. We originally went to a big box hardware store but every fan with a decent light kit was over $150. These wet 1/2 that and work great. Easy installs. Work great. The instructions and labeling of all the screws could have been better. The included light bulbs were only 40 watt equivalent so we had to replace those. They aren't a premium fan that you would get for $250+ but they were great for what we were doing and at 79 each we put in all 3 for the cost of one.
