Very, very, VERY distressed

The product looks much more distressed than pictured and is inconsistent quality. If you order multiple qty / different sizes of THE SAME style and finish, you'll receive non-matching frames. What's even more disappointing is that the company doesn't stand behind its product and disrespects customers.
