I'm a 34D and wear a Medium in this bra. (140lbs if you need) It's simple, but still flattering. I wouldn't say it uplifts, but it won't leave your girls dropped. The cup bra covers just enough, but you can still show a lil if you're into that. Again--simple, but still a flattering cut.
