For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

The design on this rug is printed, not woven, but that doesn't matter to me because I bought it to go in a bathroom and it is PERFECT for that. Low pile cleans easily, plus it's soft underfoot. Two thumbs up.
