Combination lock on the 28 inch suitcase does not

I will satisfy with everything except for one detail the large 28 inch suitcase. The combination did not work after several tries i text Jon to let him know about the problem I was having with a suitcase. I did not want to return the product just that one piece the 28 inch if you could replace it, but I haven't heard nothing back from him. Thank you, Lupe Lopez Jr..
