Cuisinart ECH-4GM Elemental Collection 4-cup Chopper/Grinder, Gun Metal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought the Cuisinart Elemental 4-Cup Chopper/Grinder to replace a small chopper from another brand that did not meet my expectations. The Cuisinart Elemental 4-Cup Chopper/Grinder is great! Perfect size that does not need to be emptied as often as the previous brand. The reversing blade system works terrific to make chopping the pieces uniform, not mushy or runny as the other chopper did. The grind function worked worked flawlessly to grind coffee beans too. A big plus is the blade will not fall out when emptying the chopper. I think this little chopper is a work horse. The unit is stable, doesn't slide around and not too loud when in use. It is like the Three Bears story, it's not too big and it's not too small ... it's just RIGHT! Clean up is a breeze too. So happy I made the purchase. My regret is buying the other brand thinking it would work for my needs. I should have bought the Cuisinart model and saved myself the frustration.
