Nanak Ghee 14oz

I use this to make popcorn, both as an oil for popping and to sometimes add after popping. Best flavor and much healthier than a lot of the other oils.

Nanak Ghee is safe for me (who can't do dairy protein). I am not able to eat dairy proteins: lactose, whey, casein. I will have a bad reaction digestively if I have any dairy except the ghee as long as it is clean. With Nanak I won't have a reaction as if I ate dairy. It's the only part of dairy components I can have: clean and pure ghee. I tried Verka, and APNA brands, and they both gave me dairy reactions with only one tablespoon. there seems to be enough dairy proteins leftover with those other two that causes me to react. it's painful, gross and my poor family has had to deal with the *aftermath*. With Nanak I eat it FREELY, cook with it, use it in recipes, use it for popcorn and on top of popcorn, in my bulletproof coffee, in desserts, for high heat cooking and frying, everything and I have never had a dairy reaction to Nanak. It's the only one I will buy now. I see there are other brands coming out, so I guess I could try those if the Nanak gets too expensive. I buy it when it goes on sale. We buy one small jar for the counter and keep refilling it with the largest size jar.
