I received the chair and it was so easy to assemble. I am 71 years old and my Goddaughter and I assembled it in about 20 minutes. It was stylish and very comfortable. My husband has Parkinson’s and this lift chair gave him the ability to get up and down without assistance. After a couple weeks a strange ratchety sound started happening when he would recline the chair. I contacted the seller to make them aware of it and their response came within 24 hours. The customer service was beyond my expectations. Jack advised me that they were sending a new chair at no cost! I was overwhelmed. The chair arrived less than a week later and is perfect. Easy assembly and cute design. I like the versatility and appearance. It is not a lounge/ comfort type of couch. Thin cushions,short back, and narrow seat, but for the structure appears to be pretty sturdy. Just set it up and it does say to allow 72 hours for cushions to fully expand. The picture is at about 48 hours.
