    The shingled roof, 2 stories, steps for them, it has a roof that can be opened for ventilation. I bought this for 3 stray kittens that decided I was their owner!     My Cat turned 3 and this is his present

    Definitely a two people job and you'll need a power drill. the roof is a bit uneven that's why I took off a star. it's spacious, I got it for my cat (Tau) he's been spending a lot of time outside. I'm unsure if it's actually waterproof about to put on a waterproof paint just incase. you can never be to sure. The instructions were all there and helpful. it looks just like the pictures so that's good.
