The pictured fan is not what I received. It shows a sturdy frame which can hold the fan portion at whatever angle is needed. It had a surprisingly powerful motor. It also shows 3 rubber nubs on the base designed to stabilize the fan and prevent it from moving because of the motor's activity. This fan did none of the above. The fan was marvelous before these changes, but now it's a cheap knock-off. I'm very disappointed and wish Walmart would bring back the old style.
