These are definitely a gotta have, if you use loaves of bread frequently. We all know that the first time you take the twisty off, it goes into the witness protection program, never to be seen again. No more twist and roll or having to worry about stale bread. Just but the loaf in, and sleeve the bag on the outside as you got thru the loaf. The trick is to keep the bread all the way up to the lid, as to not allow alot of air. This will keep your bread fresh longer

if you, like me, don't know why there are holes in the bottom, you don't put the bread in there alone. you put the whole loaf in with the bag it comes in and then pull the top of the bag over the bread keeper's edges. as you use the bread, you pull more of the bag over the breadkeeper... keeping the bread almost flat with the lid to keep in minimal air.

I was looking for a bread box but they take up so much counter space. I saw this %26 checked it out. The lid snaps on tightly but easy to get off. Loaves fit perfectly with a bit of room so they are not tightly packed. Just what I need to keep my bread fresher longer! Not so bulky or counter hogging. Very happy with this!
