amazing little vacuum!

this thing is awesome. it took a couple runs for it to map out our house well, but now it knows every nook and cranny! it also has awesome item detection. a dog toy was laying on the floor and i noticed it kept coming back until i picked it up. once i did, it "looked" for the bone. didnt detect it so it went to the next area. it has great suction, does awesome around baseboards, fits under most of our furniture and has convenient features like alexa/google home activation, self emptying and cleaning reports. with 3 dogs and a cat this was absolutely worth every penny. im so glad i decided to get one! i love the row cleaning. i feel like its more thorough simply because you can see the robot progressing row by row. If youre in the market for a new irobot vacuum, give this shark a try!

Very Happy!

After reading the reviews, some people loved it and some were very disappointed, I decided to go ahead and purchase the Shark EZ robot vac. I'm so glad I did! I have a 2,400 sq ft home with 4 different types of flooring. Travertine tile, ceramic tile, carpet and one room with dark laminate. We live in the desert, so we have sand plus Queensland Heelers and Border Collie dogs, they shed like crazy! I have some arthritis in my right shoulder so vacuuming every day can be painful. The little shark, we named her Anna, keeps the floors clean and hair free! The “verify my email” part was a pain in the donkey's butt. The link kept looping me back to sign up page and saying my email and password were wrong. So frustrating! I finally called customer service and someone had to verify it manually but the rep said it would take 24 hrs. It didn't, I tried again about 4 hours later and everything was good to go. It takes a bit to set up the app and WiFi but it's so worth it. I've read negative comments about the battery life not lasting past 6 months. I don't care, I'll buy a new battery because this machine is saving me time and work vacuuming my whole house. Overall, I'm very pleased with our Anna. :)
